Features and data included in our preliminary projects

The preliminary project is a useful tool for planning and evaluating the feasibility of a project, and for obtaining the necessary support and approval to carry it out.

  • Definition of the objective and scope of the project.
  • Identification of needs and requirements of the project.
  • Assessment of technical, economic and environmental feasibility of the project.
  • Development of a project plan including the time, budget, and resources required.
  • Risk identification and definition of measures mitigation.
  • Preparation of a detailed report with the results of the preliminary project.
  • Presentation of results of the preliminary project to interested parties and decision-making on whether or not to proceed with the project.

The Pre-Project usually includes detailed information about the context in which the project will be carried out, a description of the necessary activities and tasks, the budget and time plan, and the expected impact of the project. The Pre-Project is the first step in carrying out a project and is usually followed by the development of a Detailed Project, which describes more precisely how the project will be carried out.
