For MIRASUR the basis of sound technical and cost management is accurate information. A sound analysis at the outset is fundamental to the development of the rest of the project.
Detailed analysis including Measured Drawings (laser measured), Structural Stability Analysis and a Town Planning Study.
If the client has bought an existing building then, prior to getting on with the fun work of developing a Concept Design for your project, your Architect will need to thoroughly understand the form and state of the existing structures. An accurate measurement and analysis of the existing structure is undertaken allowing appropriate decisions to later be taken with regards to design and specifications.
If a land site, MIRASUR will seek quotes from topographers to measure the boundaries and contours.
The measurement of existing buildings and Structural Survey are charged on a sliding scale according to the area of the building(s). The Town Planning Study is a fixed fee.
