After the fully package of details and specifications are ready the MIRASUR Quantity Surveyors will measure and produce a detailed price breakdown including all elements and the labour involved. The measurement is detailed and thorough which greatly aids the financial control is during the construction phase.
MIRASUR knows that many people have had unfortunate experiences with past building projects and are often sceptical about the financial implications of building in a foreign country. Our company will therefore guarantee* that the signed contract sum will not increase during the construction phase (unless the client makes changes!).
Both Detailed Design & Specifications and Quantity Surveying services are charged on a time basis.
