MIRASUR offers a full range of services from helping client’s decide if a property is worth buying to handing over a fully completed building project.
We sell our services in logical sections of work allowing clients to buy only the services they need. We use short contracts called Work Orders which are agreed and signed before the commencement of each stage/service. MIRASUR have a client escrow account for all payments. Detailed accounts are kept throughout our working relationship with each client. As a ‘One Stop Shop’ we typically also make payments to third parties on the client’s behalf.
The client’s English speaking Architect is the only person he will have to talk to through the whole process of developing and constructing his project. This Architect will also help the client by coordinating with the client’s other professionals (lawyer, accountant etc.).
