Once the client and the Architect are happy with the Concept Design the detailed design and specification of all aspects of the future construction project can begin.
MIRASUR clients are fully involved in all the detail design decisions, from the exact positioning of electrical points to the choice of all finishes and fixtures such as door handles, taps, floor tiles (material, patterns, grouting colours etc.), textures and colours for the plaster finishes etc.
Ideally a client will spend 3 to 5 days working with their MIRASUR Architect deciding and choosing all the elements to go into their building. If this is not possible the Architect can make selections for the client’s approval (via e-mail and/or a shorter visit).
