Concept Design is the ‘ideas’ stage of the project. Most Architects know that the ‘idea’ for the project holds fundamental decisions that shape and resolve the how the building will work or rather, how it will be lived in and used by the client.
At Concept Design stage the decisions taken not only determine the ‘architecture’ (composition, style etc.) but also a practical issue such as cost. It is therefore fundamental to discuss the client’s budget early on. On completion of the Concept Design and if the client needs it, MIRASUR can work out a Cost Estimate including all costs for the future project.
MIRASUR offer a three dimensional (3D) computer modelling service. If the required, this model can offer the client a ‘real world’ look at the project prior to its construction. Prices for this service are quoted depending on the complexity of the project and the client’s requirements.
